250g bread flour
150ml water
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
optional for soft bread:
2 tsp sugar
15ml vegetable oil
60g mixed seeds
Knead for at least 15min using electric mixer with dough hook. Rest for 5 min and then divide and shape it.
Rest for 30-45min or when double in size.
Spray water on top of dough before baking.
200C oven for about 23min
